Sumathi M Chari, Sr. Manager - Strategy and Planning

With more than 8 years of experience in the PR and communications industry, Sumathi at present heads the Bangalore branch at PRHUB, where she supervises all teams in their communication planning and management, besides supporting growth of Bangalore operations. Sumathi has proven capabilities in working with senior management, to integrate communication and PR mandates with the business needs and organizational functioning. She has handled multi-functional responsibilities in various communication spheres including positioning and identity creation, business and creative writing, content development for marketing collaterals and public relations. Sumathi has worked with PRHUB since inception, barring a brief stint at Perfect Relations- one of India's reputed and largest PR firms.

Sumathi received her Masters in Marketing from Symbiosis University and completed her graduation in commerce from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. She enjoys reading, traveling and cooking when not working.

Om P Raturi, Sr. Creative Director

Om has more than two decades of experience as an advertising professional and has worked with some of India's largest and most reputed advertising agencies such as Lintas and Everest. Om heads the creative & design studio at PRHUB, centralized in Bangalore. He brings his immense experience of having worked on large campaigns and his established skills in visualization, art direction, creative direction and conceptualization of creative concepts, to the design services we provide.

An Applied Arts graduate from Delhi, Om loves to explore and experiment with varied art forms such as painting, drawing and designing right from childhood and it is his passion for nature and its hues that inspired him to take up a career in creatives and advertising. An introspective person, he loves to relax either reading or watching sports.

Geetha Nair, Branch Head - Chennai

An MBA graduate by qualification, Geetha Nair currently heads our Chennai branch. She has over 8 years of experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, Brand Building, Strategic Planning and event management for clients across FMCG, Banking and Financial, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications and IT verticals. Geetha has mostly worked in Chennai except for a 2 year stint in Middle East with a leading advertising firm.

An extrovert, Geetha loves reading and listening to music. She also loves checking out new restaurants and hangouts across Chennai.

Emilee Kashyap, Account Manager

As Account Manager, Emilee primarily plays the role of marcomm coordinator and leads a team in supporting one of PRHUB's key clients and many project clients. Responsible and committed, she brings diverse skill sets to her work including media relations, people management. A recognised team player, Emilee is affable and many in PRHUB are known to confide in her. A post graduate in Mass Communication, Emilee has been with PRHUB for close to three years and is among the group of professionals being groomed for leadership roles in the future. Emilee loves to spend time with family and friends during her free time, besides reading classic novels- including Jane Austen.

Saritha Shetty, Account Manager

A post graduate in mass communication, Saritha began her career at PRHUB and has been with us for 4 years. Saritha independently handles some of PRHUB' s oldest and key client accounts. She is known for her determination and high levels of concentration and pursues her tasks with vigour. Highly committed Saritha is among the group of professionals being groomed for leadership roles in the future. An ardent fan of Satyajit Ray, she loves watching his movies and can often be spotted at Bangalore's theater hotspots during week-ends.

Priya M. George, Sr. Account Executive

Priya has been with PRHUB for close to two year. Currently, she is handling two accounts - Global Talent Metrics and Amtex Systems. Armed with her enthusiasm and commitment, the young lass surely has the potential to go the distance. A postgraduate in Mass Communication, Priya is a voracious reader who is at ease reading both Shakespeare and J.K. Rowling. Don't be surprised if you get no answer when she is glued to the screen. She is in a trance, you see.

Jai Xavier Prabhu David, Founder & CEO

A thought leader and consultant on branding & communication, Xavier combines his deep subject knowledge with his role as an entrepreneur in growing and establishing one of India's most promising and few full services, customised communication firms. He dons multiple hats of writer, editor, teacher, trainer, consultant and entrepreneur, in a successful career span spread over 15 years.

Xavier is a regular speaker on branding, PR, social media, leadership, entrepreneurship and motivation, both at national and international summits such as International Communication Conference in Slovenia in May 2007 organized by ICCO, Eurasian PR conference in Almaty in October 2008, 5th International PR conference in Teheran, etc. Xavier sits on the board of Governors of ISB & M, a leading multi-city B-school in India and has been on the Board of Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication, GICONS and COMMITS among others. He is a visiting faculty at many leading educational institutions in India. Xavier was chosen by Insead Business School, Singapore as among the entrepreneurs in the branding space, to interact with its students on a visit to India. He has been recognised by the Leadership Institute, US as an outstanding achiever from India.

Xavier headed the editorial for businessgyan - a business handbook in Bangalore for close to three years, besides freelance writing for one of India's largest IT periodicals. He writes both fiction and non fiction in his spare time and hopes to churn best sellers someday. He loves traveling and meeting diverse people besides writing.
